Terms of Service for Saffron Move
These Terms govern your access to Saffron Move (the “App”), provided by The Maahiway Group. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update Terms by posting them here. Continued use is acceptance.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Third-party logins (Google, Microsoft, Facebook) are also subject to those providers’ terms.
3. User content
You are responsible for media you upload and warrant you have the rights to it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and promote the App.
4. Prohibited uses
No illegal, defamatory, or harmful uploads. Do not overload, break into, or misuse the service, or infringe others’ rights.
5. Intellectual property
The App (excluding your content) remains the property of The Maahiway Group and its licensors.
6. Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. AI output
AI-generated notes are informational only. The Maahiway Group makes no warranty as to completeness or accuracy. Reliance is at your own risk.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Maahiway Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
